My Soccer Child

Ahhh, my lovely daughter of 9 years. Shes my sports girl. She made this years Travel Soccer League and I couldn't be more proud. I always do the teams photos each year. The parents love them, and not to mention I don't charge them an arm and a leg. They don't need the added expense when we are shelling out tons for the League.

Baylee is quick, aggressive and fun to watch. Its nice to get feedback from others on how your child is so good. Makes me realize I am not just being a soccer mom with blinders on when it comes to my kid. Its really funny how some of these parents can get. I heard one parent behind me say to another parent (as they pulled a kid off of Offense and put HERS on), "Now MAYBE WE CAN GET SOME GOALS". As if her child is some great soccer player. Not to be mean, but her kid sucks at Offense. But its not like all the kids are perfect. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. But parents can be so ridiculous about thier own kid.

I am not a huge fan of taking sports photos, but I do my best. I try to give the parents free shots of their kids and always have good remarks back. Its just not one of my loves. I guess the more I practice shooting sports the better I will get, or possible enjoy doing it. But I have things I enjoy taking photos of better. But at least with this one photo you can get an idea of the formal type poses for soccer I do. I actually like the year before poses I did. They were cute, and different. This year was a rush to get them done, so I chose a pose that was quick to do since I have to shoot by myself.
