One of my first shots with my Nikon D70. Not the greatest shot, but an unusual looking tree. It wasnt the greatest day for shooting, somewhat cloudy, some sun peeking through and when I chose this shot, I liked how the sun hit various areas on the branches. I was amazed at how the branches curved and wrapped around the other as if offering support for its friend. I wanted to follow each branch with my eyes to see where it goes, yet knowing the final end would be reaching towards the sky.
